After being placed on hold (STD to Sydney) for over half an hour and than speaking to a person who had no idea and promised to ring back but never has I thought I'd ask if anyone knows how to speak to re Samsung parts in Victoria.

Just as a follow up it seems they [GB] do have some samsung spares but they are not offical agents.
