G'Day Gents
I have a Asus MW221C LCD monitor when first switched on
picture is excellent runs for 10-15 min then the backlight goes out.
Switch on and off, up comes the back light for another 10min.
Checked filter caps in supply, seem ok.All supply rails are ok.
Checking various posts on the web it seems to be a common fault.
Short of replacing the supply/backlight inverter board as stated in the posts, would there be
any other solution or component to check???
Many thanks in advance

Have a relic and desperate customer with vertical roll, can make out text as FDX 1- 1.
Have two others for parts but both have FBT's gone and caps NBG. So far have replaced
Vert IC TDA1175, Horizontal Sync MC1391P and caps in secondary, primary and drive.
Yoke appears OK and connections fine, could this be data error? Working without schematics. Any insight appreciated. TIA Rob.
